I really liked this article. Sometimes you have to listen to yourself and not the doctors. If herbal skincare is something you're interested in, you have to at least try it.

I don't believe it for a second. It's like my dad telling me to eat my fat. Look how that turned out :)

j/k - informative and true. We are what we eat isn't just a catchy phrase. Good food and beautiful skin go hand in hand.

Shannon - Thanks for stopping by. I wouldn't be too surprised, though, because up until recently I was one of those people!

And I promise to include water. In fact, the next post to go up today will focus on the importance of water in any skin care efforts.

Thanks again for visiting!

I am a personal trainer and a nutrionist and I couldn't agree more. You'd be surprised at how many people spend hours in the gym every week only to ruin their bodies with unhealthy foods. It's like fighting only half a battle. You have to hydrate and eat well to wrap all that hard work in the gym in beatiful skin.

Keep up the good work and I look forward to your post expanding on good foods for healthy skin care habits. Please be sure to include water!

Amanda - Interesting point. My wife and I both find it easier to be loyal to our pets but, truth told, we are extremely loyal people to eachother, friends and family. I think the two (loyalty to a pet or a human) go pretty much hand in hand. They are one in the same. A person who is deceptive, manipulative or cruel to people is not very likely to be much better with their pets.

One is either a loyal person or one isn't.

On the flip side, regardless their capacity for loyalty, there are plenty people who feel their pets are more deserving of loyalty than the average person they meet and I can't say I fault them. Animals are simple. They have simple needs and straightforward expectations. Humans are extremely complex and that just turns some folks off.

I've read the aricle and would respond on that site but it requires entering my phone # in registration and I'm simply not going to do that. I'll write a post on cheating here soon and link over to the article on octanmen in it.

I think here you want to give a message related to love with pets and animals, but I want to say when human are not loyal to human, how is it possible for a human to be loyal with animals. I think the thing written in an article http://www.octanmen.com/articleDetail/487/is-she-loyal.htm is really true, but anybody can tell me that the opposite of this thing is not true?
